Corbin Links is known in professional circles as “The Consultant’s Consultant” because of his extensive advisory role in helping other consultants improve and expand their consulting practices. He has authored three books specifically for consultants and the companies who use their services; “IAM Success Tips: Volume I,” “IAM Success Tips: Volume II,” and “IAM Success Tips: Volume III”, and is currently working on his fourth consulting book to be released in the fall of 2010.
In business for over 23 years with 20 of those years in IT, Program/Project Management and Consulting, Corbin Links has a rare combination of “been there done that” expertise and highly developed strategic insights that have delivered big results to his clients. His past and current clientele are among Fortune 400 companies, many of whom continue to seek out his post-project advice. Throughout Corbin’s ongoing and ever-expanding career, he has engaged in dozens of enterprise business projects (including systems integration), software development, systems automation, network engineering, data center consolidation, Identity and Access Management, data security implementation, project management, consultant training and development, business expansion, and of course “other duties as required.” Prior to working as a Strategic Business and IT Consultant, Corbin Links was the Senior Manager for a contract security company (physical security: cameras, patrols and such) and continued to serve in management roles across several industries including retail and records management.
Today, Corbin Links devotes much of his time to sharing his expertise and knowledge with consultants and business owners alike through his books, lectures, speaking engagements and personal training sessions as well as managing select consulting projects.
