We are pleased to bring you a bit of a special video bonus. Earlier this month, Links Business Group LLC was selected as a company to receive visitors from the Belgian Trade Mission. During the Belgian Trade Mission to Seattle, Washington I had the opportunity to meet with Patrick Coomans, Managing Director of 4AllNetworks.com. 4AllNetworks is a full service IAM Solutions company located in Reet, Belgium.
Patrick was a great sport and joined me on a brief video interview. For a bit of context, Patrick and I did the interview later in the day after meeting for several hours on all things IAM. This is very much an “ad hoc” video, so please turn up your headphones or speakers to enjoy the full audio.
Enjoy!

What are a couple of the top priority Identity projects you are currently working on?
As you look across your Identity client base, is there a particular vertical or market segment where Sun is seeing an especially strong interest in IAM implementation?
When current or potential clients approach you about Identity, what are the three things they are most concerned with? What prompts them to call about Identity/what’s keeping them up at night?
From your perspective as one of the leading IAM vendors, what are the top three or four things a company must consider when forming an IAM program?
In your experience, what is the single most crucial success factor for an IAM Program?
What is the biggest mistake your clients consistently make when implementing Identity?
