Charles Mckay is the Identity Management Practice Lead at AEM Corporation, the Dallas Division. Charles is responsible for Business Development, Management and Front End Development of AEM’s Identity Management practice. Charles has multiple years of Identity Management experience in business product delivery which includes Hitachi ID (formerly known as MTECH), Sun and Oracle Suites. Before AEM, Charles was the Director of Security Administration and Application at ACS which encompassed development and delivery of Identity Management for internal and external clients along with Security Application oversight and Security Administration across all platforms with a worldwide (US, Asia and Europe) team of 120 employees.

 Charles is an Electrical Engineer by trade with 20 years in the IT technical and business world and a musician in his spare time.
